I work with individuals one-on-one to provide a non-judgemental, non-shaming, space where we can explore what has brought you here; whether that be a current crisis, a chronic situation, or past events that haven't been fully processed. It is my hope that in our work together you will become more attuned to your internal system and the insight it provides.
Since no two people are the same, we will work collaboratively to find a pace and approach that works for you. Operating from a strengths-based model, I provide an eclectic approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and others to best support you.
With the need to adapt to new ways of working since the COVID-19 health pandemic, in addition to offering in-person sessions, I am happy to provide Telehealth Services (online video sessions or phone sessions).
